Kubing — Single Origin Excelsa is a rare and striking showcase of fine Philippine coffee, produced by Janet E Escalera in Balutakay, Bansalan, Davao del Sur. She earned a Top 6 finish in the Liberica/Excelsa category at the South East Asia Green Coffee Competition - PH national round.

We named this release "KUBING" after the traditional Philippine bamboo jaw harp, celebrating the resonant, deep-rooted culture of the region.

This rare species coffee offers a bold, complex profile. It delivers a distinctly local fruit profile of Banana, Durian, Mabolo, and Pear, rounded out by the deep, comforting sweetness of traditional Arnibal.
